摘　　要：能源安全影响到经济发展、社会稳定、人民生活水平等各个方面,是覆盖科学技术、国际战略、国内生产、地缘政治等领域的综合问题。在构建合理能源结构、保护生态环境、开发新能源的基础上,保障能源安全是中国能源领域的重要议题。梳理国内顶尖智库机构在电力、油气、核电等重点能源领域的观点,对中国能源安全的现状和发展战略进行了理解与再认识,有关建议可供参考。Energy security concerns the economic development, social stability and people＇s lives, and it is a complex issue that covers technology, international strategy, domestic production and geopolitics. China＇s energy security should be based on the rational energy structure, environmental protection and development of new energy. In this paper, the views and suggestions of China＇s top think tanks on key energy directions are summarized and China＇s energy security status quo and development strategy are analyzed.
