支气管哮喘与血脂关系的研究

摘　　要：目的:支气管哮喘与血脂之间的关系十分复杂,本研究的目的在于探讨血脂与支气管哮喘的关系。方法:98位成年支气管哮喘患者被纳入本研究,平均病史2年以上,使用罗氏公司7600生化仪器和试剂检测血脂(HDL、LDL、TG)水平。结果:男性<40和≥40两组及女性≥50组HDL水平均有低于对照组的趋势,而女性HDL<50组与对照组相比(P=0.039),差异有统计学意义;男性<100和≥100两组LDL水平均有高于男性对照组的趋势(P=0.234,P=0.218),而女性≥100和<100两组LDL水平女性患者高于女性对照组(P=0.032,P=0.028),差异有统计学意义;男性及女性<150和≥150两组TG水平与对照组相比,差异均未达显著性水平。结论:支气管哮喘的患者有较高的LDL和较低的HDL,而且女性更显著。Objective：The mechanism for the asthma-serum lipids association is unknown.This study evaluated the hypothesis that asthma-serum lipids this association.Method：This study used more than 2 years of bronchus asthma in Adults cohort in Ordos;All subjects are determined by the 7600 automated biochemistry analyzer for determining the HDL、LDL and TG.Results：The concentration of HDL between HDL40 mg/dl and≥40 mg/dl in males and HDL≥50 mg/dl in female were slightly lower than control group,while the concentrations of HDL compare with control group in HDL50 mg/dl group in female,there was significant difference between between the two groups（P=0.039）.The concentration of LDL in LDL100 mg/dl and≥100 mg/dl in males were slightly higher than control group（P=0.234,P=0.218）,while the concentrations of LDL compare with control group in LDL100 mg/dl and LDL≥100 mg/dl in female,there was significant difference between between the two groups（P=0.032,P=0.028）.The concentrations of TG compare with control group in female and male,,there was no significant difference between between the two groups.Conclusion：In this bronchus asthma Chinese population,higher LDL and lower HDL,most notable in females.
