摘　　要：目的：探讨采用闭合复位或切开复位加压螺纹钉治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法：106例患者,男88例,女18例;左侧45例,右侧61例;年龄55~65岁,均为闭合性骨折。Garden分型：Ⅰ~Ⅱ型82例,Ⅲ型20例,Ⅳ型4例。采用切开复位加压空心螺纹钉内固定。结果：本组106例,随访12~18个月平均15个月。优66例,髋关节屈伸受限10°内,髋内翻0°~5°;良36例,屈伸受限11°~30°内;髋内翻10°;差4例,屈伸受限30°以上,髋内翻10°以上。总优良率96%。结论：采用闭合复位或切开复位加压螺纹钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折是一种行之有效的方法。Objective：to explore the closed reduction or open reduction pressure threaded nailing for femoral neck fracture curative effect.Methods：106 patients,male and female 88 patients 18 cases,The left and right 45 patients with 61 cases,Age,55～65,are closed fractures,Garden points Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ type,Ⅲ type 82 cases,20 cases,Ⅳ type 4 cases.All by open restoration gram needle internal fixation.Results：All 106 patients,follow-up of 12～18 months average 15 months optimal： 66 cases,hip flexion limited within 10 °, hip turn inward 0°～5°;good： 36 cases,flexion 11°to 30°limited within 10°;hip turn inward poor： 4 cases,30 ° above,flexion limited within 10 ° above hip over 96% the total dykes.Conclusion：the closed reduction or open reduction pressure threaded nail internal fixation for femoral neck fracture is an effective method.
