医学生临床实习现状分析与改进措施探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨医学生临床实习现状与改进措施。方法分析了目前实习医生的实习现状,并有针对性地提出改进措施。结果临床实习存在4个阶段,不同阶段的特点和干扰实习的因素不同。针对不同阶段采取了入院培训、强化技能操作及巩固提高等措施,取得明显教学效果。结论加强不同实习阶段管理与技能培训是提高临床实习质量的关键。Objective To explore the current situation of clinical practice of medical students and its improvement measures. Methods The current status of clinical training of medical students were analyzed,and the measures to improve it proposed. Results The features and disturbance factors were different in four stages of clinical practice,aiming at the different stages,measures of admission training,enhancement of skill handling,strengthening and raising were adopted accordingly,obvious teaching effectiveness was gained. Conclusion Strengthening of management and technical skill training is the key to raise the quality of clinical practice for medical students.
