摘  要:介绍了采用离子交换膜电渗析法对硫酸铵废水进行浓缩回收的研究 .对诸多影响电渗析法浓缩和脱盐效果的工艺参数进行了试验研究 .结果表明 ,采用该法浓缩处理稀土矿铵盐废水是一条颇有前途的新型处理方法 .Lots of wastewater containing ammonium salts are discharged from rare-earth factories everyday. The concentration of ammonium sulphate and ammonium chloride in the wastewater is about 60*!000*!mg/L and 50*!000*!mg/L respectively. Besides, the wastewater also contains 1%~2% acids, certain quantity of Ca2+,Mg2+ and Mn2+, etc. There wasn't suitable way to treat them update but discharged directly. Therefore, the serious environmental pollution has been caused. The technological and economical possibilities on treatment of the wastewater by ED were studied. The results show that the ammonium sulphate in the wastewater can be desalted and concentrated very well. The maximum concentration of ammonium sulphate can reach as high as 12.6% with the use of the domestic ion exchange membrane. Then, after distillation and crystallation, the ammonium sulphate is recovered and the water desalted can be reused. The results show that the treatment of ammonium sulphate wastewater discharged from rare-earth industry by membrane process is economical and efficient.
