摘 要:针对变换气压力较低的合成氨原料气的温度、压力和组成条件 ,开发出一种新型变压再生工艺对现有的热钾碱脱碳流程进行改进 ,使再生系统各点操作条件显著改善 ,变换气热量得到充分利用 ,贫液闪蒸出来的蒸汽供半贫液二次利用。研制的可调式亚音速喷射器增大了溶液的解吸推动力 ,从而使再生热耗大幅度降低。该技术已应用于相关化肥厂的改造之中 ,并取得了显著的经济效益。Based on the temperature, pressure and composition conditions of the ammonia feed gas, with shift effluent gas at low pressure, a new type of pressure swing regeneration process has been developed, to improve the existing process for CO 2 removal by hot carbonate, resulting in a marked improvement on the operating conditions at every point of the regeneration system, the full utilization of the heat of the shift effluent gas, and the secondary utilization of the steam flashed from the lean solution by the semi lean solution. The adjustable subsonic ejector developed increases the desorption driving force of the solution so as to reduce the heat consumed in regeneration by a big margin. The technology has been used in a relevant chemical fertilizers plant during revamp with remarkable economic benefit.
