关于信息化系统建设中风险管理的探讨

摘　　要：信息系统项目的建设是复杂的、开放的和多变的,风险的多样性及隐蔽性,需要一种管理方法对各个过程及环节进行有效管理,为此,引入了风险管理,风险管理是现代项目管理与传统项目管理的不同之处。首先,介绍了风险及风险管理的概念;在此基础上,阐述了信息系统项目风险管理的过程框架,提供了风险管理的各个过程及步骤,进一步研究了各个过程及环节的管理方法,分析了风险管理的管理路径,从而避免了信息化系统项目建设过程中风险导致的项目失败,为信息化系统的管理提供了一种新的手段及新的思路。The information system construction project is complex,open and changeful.risk diversity and concealment need a management methods to effectively manage each process and link.Therefore,introduces the risk management.Risk management is different between the modern project management and the traditional project management.First,introduces the concept of risk and risk management.On this basis,elaborates risk management process framework of the information system project and provides the risk management of each process and steps,to further research management method of the various links in the process.At the same time,analyzes the risk management path so as to avoid the project fails of the information system project construction process,which provides a new means and new ideas for information system management.
