摘　　要：新建本科院校处于专科学历教育向本科学历教育转型的过度发展时期,探索建立适应于新升本科院校人才培养要求的学籍学历管理体系,促进管理水平和培养质量的提升是亟待思考、实践并解决的问题。Newly founded university is in transition period from college education to university education. So it is urgent to establish the student information management system adapted to the talent training demand of the new founded university, and promote management level and training quality.
