摘　　要：显微镜是医学中广泛使用的精密仪器,是我们了解微观世界的工具。随着医学院校本科生和硕士生的扩招,再加上科研人员数量的增加,公用实验室大型精密仪器使用率不断增高,特别对Nikon YS100光学显微镜利用率愈来愈高,所以快速掌握显微镜各项技能势在必行。The microscope is widely used in medicine.This precision instrument is our tool for understanding the microscopic world.With the enrolment extension of undergraduates and post graduates,and the increase in researchers,the usage rate of major precision instruments in public laboratory is increasing,especially for Nikon YS100 optical microscope.It is imperative to master the skills of microscopes in a short time.
