摘　　要：重大群体性突发事件已经成为当前影响社会稳定的重要因素的关键指标,建立和完善应对处置重大群体性突发事件的有效机制,是确保社会稳定有序、构建和谐社会的根本。本文提出在社区建立心理疏导机构的构想,是从源头上化解重大群体性突发事件的有效途径。Major group accident has become the key indicator of the important factors influencing the social stability. Establishing and perfecting the effective mechanism to deal with major group accident is to ensure social stability, order and building harmonious society. This paper puts forward the idea to establish the psychological counseling agency in community, which is an effective way to resolve group accidents from source.
