摘　　要：新型农村合作医疗制度的建立,是我国社会保障体系不断完善的延续和补充,是协调农村社会与其他阶层利益群体利益关系的有效措施,在一定程度上促进和实现了全社会在医疗保障上的社会水平,为缓解农村社会矛盾、维持农村社会稳定、构建社会主义和谐社会,发挥了非常积极的作用。The establishment of new rural cooperative medical system is the extension and supplement of China＇s social security system,and is the effective measures to adjust the interest relationship of rural society and the other class interest groups.To a certain extent,it promotes and achieves the medical service in the social level,and plays a very positive role in alleviating the rural social contradictions,maintaining the stability of the rural society,and the construction of socialist harmonious society.
