摘　　要：采用自制催化剂合成了改性环氧树脂,并优选活性稀释剂和固化剂制备了高强度无溶剂环氧树脂堵漏材料,同时研究了其水下初始凝胶时间和水下粘结强度等主要性能。工程试用结果表明,该材料能够快速堵住流量很大的涌水,适合在地铁、隧道工程中应用。High strength solvent-free epoxy resin leaking stoppage material was prepared by modified epoxy resin synthesized by homemade catalyst,active thinner and curing agent.The article studies main performances of this material such as initial gelation time under water and bonding strength under water.The application result shows that this material can stop the flowing water and is perfect for subways and tunnels.
