摘　　要：目的:探讨宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合应用诊治不孕症的临床价值。方法:对120例不孕症患者在明确病因情况下行宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合诊治,观察术后妊娠率。结果:盆腔粘连和输卵管阻塞是造成妇女不孕的主要原因。子宫内膜异位症和卵巢疾病也是常见因素。宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合手术后妊娠率达56.5%。结论:宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合应用可以明确不孕症的盆腔及宫腔病因,并进行针对性手术治疗,可提高手术疏通输卵管的成功率,提高女性不孕患者的妊娠率。Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of uteroscope combine laparoscope in the treatment of infertility.Methods：the clincial data of 120 infertility cases were retrospectively reviewed.In order to find out the reason of infertility all patients underwent uteroscope combine laparoscope diagnosis and treatment,all patients＇ pregnancy rate were observed.Results：Pelvic adhesions and salpingemphraxis were two main reasons of infertility.Endometriosis and ovarian disease were also frequent factors of infertility.The pregnancy rates after the operation of uteroscope combine laparoscope was 56.5%.Conclusion：The utilize of uteroscope combine laparoscope can identify the reason of infertility,at the same time it can accomplish corresponding operation,so as to enhance the achievement ratio of salpingostomy and the pregnancy rate of infertility.As an important method for the treatment of infertility,the operation of uteroscope combine laparoscope should be generalized.
