摘  要:在中型板式超滤/纳滤器上,采用自制的荷负电膜进行了制胶碱性废水的膜法处理工艺的研究,实验探讨了一些因素对废水中有机物脱除率的影响,确定了较合理的工艺参数。实验结果表明,用自制的膜处理制胶碱性废水是可行的,有望改变现行的明胶生产工艺,并建议采用截留分子量为5万的膜,操作压力为0.3~0.4MPa。The main aspect of this paper is concentrated on the disposal of alkaline waste liming effluent from gelatin manufacture.The tests were conducted by a middle-scale microfiltrator/nanofiltrator with a kind of negatively charged and crosslinked membrane that is manufactured in our lab.The appropriate operation conditions were obtained through these experimental results,such as 50 thousand for the cut molecule weight of the membrane,0.3-0.4MPa for operating pressure.It is also demonstrated that the membrane method for the treatment of gelatin waste is feasible and this new technology is strongly recommended to the related industry.
