摘 要:为了减少预应力混凝土桥梁纵向裂缝的危害,研究和对比了中国规范(JTG D62-2004)、欧洲规范(ENV1994-2:1997)、英国规范(BS 5400-4:1990)和美国规范(AASHTO LRFD Bridge DesignSpecifications SI Units Third Edition 2004)中的相关条款,提出通过控制名义拉应力来控制预应力混凝土桥底板纵向裂缝的方案.某全比例模型试验被用于验证分析,其结果很好地验证了方法的可行性.研究结果表明,对于采用全预应力标准设计的桥梁结构,应采用控制名义拉应力的方法避免其纵向裂缝的产生,如无法布置横向预应力,则应积极采取构造措施来限制裂缝的宽度,使其最大宽度不超过0.10 mm.In order to reduce the harmfulness of the longitudinal cracks on pre-stressed concrete bridge, the relevant provisions in Chinese Specification (JTG 1362-2004), European Specfication (ENV1994-2:1997 ), British Specfication (BS 5400-4: 1990) and American Specification (AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specification SI Units Third Edition 2004 ) were studied and compared. The scheme to control the longitudinal cracks on the bottom plate of pre-stressed concrete bridge with constraining the nominal tensile stress was proposed. A full-scale model test was used for the verification and analysis. The test results verify the feasiblility of the method well. The research results show that for the bridge structures designed with the full pre-stressed standard, the method of constraining the nominal tensile stress should be used to avoid the longitudinal cracks. If the transverse pre-stress can not be arranged, some conformational measures should be positively adopted to limit the width of cracks, and ensure the biggest width of cracks to be less than 0. 10 mm.
