摘 要:2008年汶川地震中中、小学校校舍破坏严重,特别是砌体房屋损失惨重,造成了巨大的人员伤亡和经济损失。为了提高中、小学校校舍抗震能力,避免灾害的重演,我国政府在全国范围内开展"校舍安全工程",对所有中、小学校校舍进行抗震鉴定与加固。介绍了笔者参加的江苏省中、小学校砌体房屋抗震鉴定及安全鉴定情况,分析总结了中、小学校砌体校舍房屋存在的主要抗震问题,探讨了砌体房屋校舍的抗震性能及地震中可能的破坏形态。在此基础上,提出了中、小学校砌体房屋针对性的加固对策。Primary and middle school buildings were destroyed in Wenchuan earthquake on 2008. Masonry structures in school were damaged seriously, which cause huge casualties and economic losses. To avoid disaster replay, "safety of school buildings project" have been carried out in China. The seismic evaluation and strengthening for all primary and middle school buildings have been carried out. In this paper, seismic evaluation and safety appraisal for primary and middle school buildings of masonry structure were introduced. The main seismic problems were analyzed, seismic performance and failure mode were studied too. On this basis, strengthening countermeasures for primary and middle school buildings of masonry structure were put forward.
