摘　　要：文章叙述了采用自行研制的高效连续乳化器、冷却器、混拌机、常温发泡新工艺和应用全自动装药机组成的连续化微机控制生产线 ,在同一厂房里从进料到出产品 ,生产化学发泡有雷管感度的用塑膜或蜡纸筒包装的小直径乳化炸药药卷成品的全过程。In this paper, the microcomputed controlled continuous production line for 8000 t/a ML small diameter, cap sensitive emulsion explosives, which were produced by the new foaming technology and packed by waxed paper or plastic film, was described. The production line consisted of the continuous emulsifier injector, cooler, mixer, and automatic packing machine, and the new foaming technology used therein was developed by BGRIMM. The whole production process was completed with in one workshop. [
