摘　　要：宝钢综合大楼为高层全钢结构的钢框架-支撑体系,总建筑面积约4.4万m2,高度约100m,共24层。本工程为主楼在裙房平面有较大凸出及主楼在19层有较大收进的超限高层。主要介绍本工程的结构体系布置、结构不规则情况及对超限情况的相应技术措施,并根据工程特点,对结构的抗风和抗震性能进行设计分析,最终制定出安全可靠、符合外观及使用要求的设计方案,以供同类工程参考。The Baosteel Office Building is a 24-story building with steel braced frame structure, with the total area of 44 000 m2 and the height of about 100 m. The plane of annex is a large bulge relative to the plane of the main building and there is a big indent on the nineteenth story. For the above two reasons, this building is defined as a paranormal building. The layout of the structure system and the technical measure to deal with the anomalous paranormal instances are introduced in this paper. According to the characters of this project, a safe and reliable design scheme is put forward according to the analysis of the structural performance under wind and earthquake loading, which can be a reference for similar constructions.
