经皮冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭46例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的有效性和安全性,探讨临床应用价值。方法:选取本院收治的46例冠心病合并心力衰竭的患者,给予PCI治疗;分析所有患者的冠脉靶血管特点、术后并发症,分别于术前、术后4周、术后随访6个月检查心功能改变情况。结果:①A、B、C型病变数量分别为25处、35处、42处,PCI治疗成功率分别为25处(25/25,100%)、35处(35/35,100%)、37处(37/42,88.1%);围术期并发症发生率为3/46,6.5%;②术后1周的左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)与术前相比具有明显改善(P<0.05),术后6个月复查LVEF、FS、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)均明显优于术后1周(P<0.05)。结论:经皮冠状动脉介入术能够明显改善冠心病合并心力衰竭患者的症状及心功能,PCI治疗的成功率较高,安全性较满意。Objective：To observe the efficiency and safety of percutaneous coronary interventions（PCI） in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure disease.Method： 46 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure disease were submitted to PCI.The clinical characteristics and the complication rate were retrospectively analyzed.Left ventricular ejection（LVEF）,Fraction shortening（FS） were measured before operation,one weeks and 6 months after operation.Results： The success rate for lesions were 100%（25/25）,100%（35/35）,88.1%（37/42） in type A,B and C,respectively.The rate of complications was 6.5%（3/46）.LVEF and FS were improved after PCI（P0.05）.Conclusion： Percutaneous coronary interventions（PCI） is a safe way to improve the heart function in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure disease.
