摘　　要：本文利用1992～2008年电子信息产品制造行业的数据,详细分析了外商直接投资对我国电子信息产品制造业的影响。研究结果表明:外商直接投资改善了电子信息产品制造业的市场集中度,产生了积极的技术溢出效应。外商直接投资对电子信息产业的负面影响就是提高了产业的进入壁垒,缩小了相关企业未来的发展空间。By using the electronic information product manufacturing industry in 1992-2008 data,a detailed analysis of the impact of foreign direct investment in China＇s electronic information product manufacturing industry.The results show that： foreign direct investment to improve electronic information products manufacturing industry,market concentration,resulting in a positive technology spillovers.Foreign direct investment,the negative impact of the electronic information industry is to improve the industry,barriers to entry,narrowing the room for future development of related businesses.
