摘　　要：随着工业化、城市化以及全球化的迅速推进,传统节日面临着不断被弱化乃至消亡之威胁。旅游开发作为一种保护模式,其对传统节日之保护和传承具有重要的积极意义。但是,由于在基本目标、价值取向上存在矛盾和冲突,旅游开发在具体实施过程中,也会对传统节日之保护与传承造成消极影响。由此,我们应当采取有效措施协调旅游开发与传统节日之保护和传承间的关系,使二者在双赢的基础上得以协同共存、持续发展。As an important part of national cultural heritages, traditional festivals are being faced with the threat of ever -weakening and even extinction with the rapid advance of industrialization, urbanization and globalization. As a protection mode, tourism development is of important significance to the protection and inheritance for traditional festivals. However, it will also lead to negative result because of the contradictions and conflicts between tourism development and traditional festivals in basic goals and value orientation. As a result, effective measures should be taken to coordinate the relationship between tourism devel- opment and the protection and inheritance of traditional festivals to make them co - exist and have sustainable development on the basis of win - win.
