双极人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年性股骨颈骨折的效果。方法 66例老年股骨颈骨折采用双极人工股骨头置换术,术后配合功能锻炼,应用抗生素、抗凝等药物治疗。结果 66例术后随访12～36个,按Harris评分标准,优良率为92.5%。结论双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年性股骨颈骨折疗效好、手术操作简单、创伤小、并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of bipolar femoral head prosthetic replacement for the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly.Methods 66 cases of patients with femoral neck fracture were treated with bipolar femoral head prosthetic replacement.Postoperatively,the patients were treated with functional exercise,application of antibiotics and anticoagulants.Results 66 cases were followed up for 12 to 36 months.According to the Harris score standard.The good rate of the curative effect was 92.5%.Conclusions It is effective,easy for the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly with bipolar femoral head prosthetic replacement.The surgery is easy to operate,minimally invasive,less complication and worthy of clinical application.
