摘 要:目的探讨呼吸机螺纹管集中供应室消毒、灭菌对防止使用呼吸机所致交叉感染的效果及消毒、灭菌的成本效益。方法按照随机原则将使用过的呼吸机螺纹管道分为两组,实验组集中统一供应室消毒、灭菌,对照组于各科室分别消毒。于消毒、灭菌前后采样进行细菌培养、菌落计数及生物学监测,比较两组方法的消毒、灭菌效果;同时比较两组消毒、灭菌成本效益。结果消毒前所有样本细菌培养阳性率100%,实验组消毒、灭菌处理后的螺纹管道细菌培养阳性率为0,灭菌合格率为100%,对照组有大量细菌,特别是耐药菌,检出率分别达到30%、28%。两组细菌培养阳性率有显著统计学意义(Ρ<0.01),而消毒、灭菌成本无统计学意义(Ρ>0.01)。结论呼吸机螺纹管道污染严重,集中统一消毒、灭菌呼吸机螺纹管道可显著减少因呼吸机使用所致交叉感染,且不增加消毒、灭菌成本,值得推广使用。Objective To research the effect and cost efficiency of Sterilization and disinfection for the corrugated hose in supply room.Methods The corrugated hoses were divided into two groups at random.The experimental group was put together to sterilize in supply room,the control group was sterilized in each department.We took sample to the germiculture,colony count and biological detection,and compared the effect and cost efficiency of sterilization and disinfection.Results Positive rate of all samples before sterilization was 100%,positive rate after sterilization in experimental group was 0,the qualification rate of Sterilization was 100%.There was plenty of bacterium in control group,and the relevant ratio was 30%,28%.There is statistical significance for positive rate of the two groups(Ρ0.01).Conclusions Putting the corrugated hose together to sterilize in supply room can reduce cross-infection because of the usage of breathing machine.And the cost of sterilization was not increased.
