护理干预对人工全髋关节置换术患者康复效果的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对人工全髋关节置换术患者康复效果的观察。方法将65例人工全髋关节置换术患者随机分为护理干预组和对照组,护理干预组患者入院后,实施系统的护理干预方案,包括术前健康教育和康复训练,术后生命体征监测,患肢正确护理,预防并发症,维持营养和电解质平衡,规范而系统的康复训练;对照组按传统的方法进行护理。结果护理干预组患者术后并发症明显减少,人工髋关节能有效地恢复功能,两组比较,护理干预组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预的实施对人工全髋关节置换术患者的疗效具有显著影响,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the efficacy of rehabilitation by nursing intervention after total hip arthroplasty.Methods 65 cases with Total hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,patients of intervention group were given to nursing intervention which include preoperational health education,rehabilitation training,vital signs monitor post operation,proper nursing of affected limb,prevention of complications,nutrition and electrolyte balance,standard and system rehabilitation training while patients in control group were given to nursing of traditional intervention.Results Complications on patients of intervention group were significant less than those of control group while joint functional postoperation was much better than those of control group P0.05.Conclusions Nursing intervention for patients after total hip arthroplasty can obviously improve function of hip joint and quality of life.
