探讨早期护理干预对血液透析低血压的防治效果

摘　　要：目的探讨血液透析发生低血压的原因,早期进行护理干预的效果。方法将96例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各48例,对实验组实施详细评估,早期进行护理干预,对照组采用常规透析护理法,监测血液透析过程中低血压的发生率。结果两组患者在血液透析过程中低血压发生率实验组明显小于对照组(P<0.001)。结论对血液透析患者进行详细评估,并早期进行护理干预,可以减少患者低血压的发生率,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the reasons of hemodialysis hypotension,early care and intervention effects.Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,48 cases,implementation of the detailed assessment of the experimental group,the early care and intervention,control group received routine dialysis care-the incidence of hypotension in monitoring the hemodialysis process.Results Hypotension rate during hemodialysis in experimental group was less than that in control group（P0.001）.Conclusions The detailed assessment of hemodialysis patients,early care and intervention,can reduce the incidence of patients with low blood pressure,improve patients＇ quality of life.
