摘 要:针对地层非均质性造成的注聚过程中聚合物窜流,研究了高分子聚合物溶液的驱油封窜性能。考察了聚合物黏度随温度变化的趋势,随着温度升高,聚合物黏度呈反"厂"字型降低。注入0.3 PV高浓度的高分子聚合物溶液段塞后,高渗透层相对出液量降低,低渗透层相对出液量明显增加。在后续水驱阶段,高分子聚合物溶液段塞注入压力变化趋势与常规分子聚合物溶液段塞基本一致,但相对分子质量越高,下降趋势越缓,有效时间越长,封堵效果越好。相对分子质量为1.8×107和2.0×107的聚合物溶液段塞对低渗透层的采收率比常规分子聚合物(1.4×107)溶液段塞的采收率分别高出9.05%和11.75%,组合段塞比常规段塞更高出19.64%。还讨论了高分子聚合物驱油机理。According to the cross flow caused by the formation heterogeneity during polymer injection, oil flooding and channeling sealing performances of high molecular weight polymer solutions were studied. The changing trends of the viscosity of the polymer with temperature were investigated. The viscosity of the polymers reduces slowly as the temperature rises and but sharply when the temperature rises to about 75 ℃. After injecting 0.3 PV of high molecular weight polymer solution slugs with high concentration, the relative liquid production in high permeable layer decreased and the relative liquid production in low permeable layer in- creased significantly. In the subsequent stage of water flooding, the changing trends of the injection pressure of high molecular weight polymer slugs is the same as that of the conventional polymer. But the higher molecular weight of polymer is, the more slowly injection pressure decreased, the longer effective time is, and the better sealing effect is. In low permeable layer, the recovery efficiencies using polymer solution slugs with molecular weight of 1.8 × 10^7 and 2.0 × 10^7 and using combined polymer solution slugs increase by 9.05% 11.75% and 19.64% resepctively compared with that using the polymer solution slug with conventional molecular weight of 1.4 × 10^7. The flooding mechanism of high molecular weight polymer was discussed.
