从内蒙古中部牧区成蜱体内首次分离Q热立克次体

摘　　要：对在内蒙古达茂旗腾格淖地区采集的亚东璃眼蜱、草原草蜱473匹,按照常规方法接种豚鼠和鸡胚卵黄囊,从亚东璃眼蜱分离出一株Q热立克次体。这是首次在内蒙古荒漠草原成蜱体内分离出的Q热立克次体,证实该地区存在Q热自然疫源地。473 ticks of Hyalomma asiaticum and Dermacemtor nutalli collected in Ten-ggenao Damao, Inner Mongolia were injected into Guinea pigs and chicken embryo yolk sac by routine procedure. One strain of coxiella burnetii was isolated from H asiaticum. It was the first time in China that Coxiella burnetii (C. burnetii) was isolated from adult ticks collected in waste grassland of Inner Mongolia and proved the existence of C. burnetii nature focus in Inner Mongolia.
