中药抗肾间质纤维化的研究进展

摘　　要：各种原因引起的慢性肾脏病经发展均可伴有不同程度肾功损害,而进行性肾功能恶化取决于肾间质纤维化的病变程度。肾间质纤维化的发生机制主要表现为细胞外基质的过度沉积。目前现代药理研究发现许多单味中药及复方制剂均有抗肾间质纤维化作用。而中药因其成分及配伍的多样性在防治肾间质纤维化领域中突显了中医特色及优势。有望为防治慢性肾脏病及其并发症开辟新的治疗途径。Chronic renal diseases caused by various factors can all result in varying degrees of renal function damage with the development of the diseases and progressive deterioration of renal function depends on the degrees of renal interstitial fibrosis.The mechanism of renal interstitial fibrosis mainly manifests as the excessive deposition of extracellular matrix.Currently,modern pharmacological studies have found that many single doses of traditional Chinese medicine and compounds have had the anti-renal interstitial fibrosis function.And due to its diversity of composition and compatibility,the traditional Chinese medicine highlights the features and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of the prevention and treatment of renal interstitial fibrosis.It is hopeful to discover new therapeutic approaches for the prevention and treatment of chronic renal diseases and their complications.
