摘  要:目的建立金银花中绿原酸和木犀草苷的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法参照《中国药典》2010年版一部附录ⅥB试验TLC法,分别考察供试品样品的制备,展开剂的选择,以及显色方法。结果以水为溶剂热回流提取制备试验样品,以乙酸乙酯-丙酮-甲酸-水(7∶3∶1∶1.2)为展开剂,分别喷以5%的三氯化铝乙醇溶液,至紫外光灯(365 nm)下观察鉴定木犀草苷。喷以1%三氯化铁试液与1%铁氰化钾试液(1∶1)混合溶液的上清液,显色鉴定绿原酸。结论所建立的方法简便可行,重现性好,可用于金银花中绿原酸和木犀草苷的鉴定。Objective To establish the TLC identification method of Luteoloside and Chlorogenic acid in Lonicera japonica Thunb..Methods According to TLC testing in Appendix Ⅵ B of Chinese Pharmacopeia(2010 edition,1 volume),the test sample preparation,the agent of choice and the chromogenic method were researched.Results The TLC conditions were as follows: the developing solvent was mixtured of ethyl acetate-acetone-formic acid-water(7∶3∶1∶1.2) and 5% ethanol solution of aluminum chloride to UV light(365 nm) identification of Luteoloside,1% ferric chloride solution and potassium ferricyanide solution(1∶1) mixture of the supernatant used as color-developing agent identification of chlorogenic acid.Conclusion The method is simple and feasible with good reproducibility and can be used to identification of Luteoloside and Chlorogenic acid in Lonicera japonica Thunb..
