等离子扁桃体切除术对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症患儿机体免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨低温等离子扁桃体切除术对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症(OSAHS)患儿机体免疫功能的影响。方法检测行等离子扁桃体切除OSAHS患儿术前、术后1、6个月血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM以及CD3+、CD4+、CD8+的改变,比较患儿血清免疫球蛋白以及T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果术后1个月,患儿血清IgA、IgG、IgM以及CD3+、CD4+、CD8+均有所下降,术后6个月以上指标均有所回升,但与术前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低温等离子射频切除扁桃体可有效治疗睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症患儿,且不会影响机体免疫功能,值得对其进行进一步的研究。Objective To explore the influence of coblation tonsillectomy on obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in children with immune function.Methods The changes of serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,IgM,CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋ in preoperative were detected preoperative,postoperative 1 month,6 months,the serum immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets were compared.Results After 1 month,serum IgA,IgG,IgM and CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋ decreased,after 6 months indexes rebound,but there was no significant difference compared with preoperative（P 0.05）.Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency tonsillectomy may be effective in the treatment of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome children,and is not affect the immune function of organism,which is worthy of further study.
