精细化管理在亚丁湾护航官兵体检中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化管理在亚丁湾执行护航任务的某编队官兵体检中的应用及效果。方法对我院船体检队2010年9月组织的710名护航编队官兵体检采用人性化管理,包括:合理配置人力资源,严格岗位职责,改进体检模式等。结果参检率由89.6%上升至98.7%,体检平均耗时由1 h下降至0.5 h左右,且无一例投诉。结论在护航编队官兵体检中实施人性化管理,取得了良好效果,大大提高了护航编队官兵的参检率。Objective To investigate the effect of meticulous management in the physical examination of escort officers and soldiers in Aden.Methods Humane management approach was adopted in the physical examination of 710 escort officers and soldiers in Aden in September 2010.Management approaches included rational allocation of human resources,strict job responsibilities and improvement of the physical examination mode.Results Participation rate increased to 98.7% from 89.6%,average examination time dropped to about 0.5 h from 1 h,and no case of complaints was reported.Conclusion Humane management approach adopted in the physical examination of escort officers and soldiers achieves good results and greatly improves the participation rate of escort officers and soldiers.
