用ABC-ELISA检测羊流产衣原体抗体的研究

摘　　要：本研究以CFT和常规ELISA为基准和对照,首次建立了检测羊流产衣原体抗体的ABC-ELISA法,并对其重复性、特异性及敏感性等进行了比较。同批次和不同批次试验的可重复性良好;与其它9种羊病阳性血清均无交叉反应,试验能被特异性阻断;3种方法中,以ABC-ELISA的敏感性最高,分别为常规ELISA和CFT的1.89倍和17.54倍。羊流产衣原体绵羊源和山羊源两株抗原的交叉替代试验表明,它们具有通用性。An avidin-biotin-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ABC-ELISA)was first developed on the basis of complement-fixation test (CFT) and conventional ELISA to detect the antibodies against abortigenic chiamydiae in sheep and goats, and its reproducibility, specificity and sensitivity were compared with that of CFT and ELISA. The reproducibility in same and different batches is good. No cross reactions were observed with the sera of nine other diseases of sheep and goats ; and the two ELISA could be blocked specifically. Among the three methods, ABC-ELISAwas the most sensitive, its sensitivity was 1. 89times and 17. 54 times as higher than that of conventional ELISA and CFT respectively.Two strains of antigens originally from sheep and goat shared a common antigenic reactivity in cross test.
