血清T_3、C反应蛋白对评估AECOPD患者肺功能的临床价值

摘　　要：目的研究血清T3和C反应蛋白(CRP)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者肺功能评估的应用价值。方法选50例AECOPD患者及健康对照组20例,分别测得血清T3、CRP的浓度。肺功能仪测定FEV1/FVC%、MVV%、FEV1%。可能相关的两变量间是否存在直线相关关系采用直线相关分析确定。结果血清T3含量AECOPD组患者明显低于对照组(P<0.01),血清CRP水平明显高与对照组(P<0.01)。直线相关分析表明,AECOPD组患者血清T3水平与CRP呈高度负相关(r=-0.8785,P<0.01),与FEV1/FVC%、MVV%、FEV1%呈正相关(r=0.1234,P<0.05;r=0.9621,P<0.01;r=0.1325,P<0.05),CRP与FEV1/FVC%、MVV%、FEV1%呈负相关(r=-0.3979,P<0.05;r=-0.8663,P<0.01;r=-0.3862,P<0.05),其中血清T3、CRP与MVV%相关性最明显。结论血清T3联合C反应蛋白检测对评估AECOPD患者肺功能有重要的临床价值。Objective To discuss the correlations of Thyroid Hormones,C-reaction Protion and Pulmonary function in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.Methods 50 cases of AECOPD and 20 healthy people were measured the levels of T3 and C-reaction Protion,received pulmonary function test to get MVV%,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%.Analysises the variances of two groups.The average of all the samples used t test,the relation of variables were calculated by linear correlation analysis.Results Comparing with the healthy control group the level of T3 in blood serum of AECOPD group was lower significantly（P〈0.01,）,C-reaction Protion was higher significant（P〈0.01）.By the analysis of 1inear correlation,the level of T3 in blood serum of AECOPD group was positivly correlated with FEV1/FVC%、MVV%、FEV1%、（r=0.1234,P〈0.05;r=0.9621,P〈0.01;r=0.1325,P〈0.05）;and even more negatively with C-reaction Protion（r=-0.8785,P〈0.01）,the C-reaction Protion was negatively correlated with FEV1/FVC%、 MVV% 、FEV1%（Respectively r =-0.3979,P 0.05;r =-0.8663,P 0.01;r =-0.3862,P 0.05）.Conclusion Measure the levels of T3 and C-reaction Protion of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease have higher clinical valuation to evaluate the pulmonary function.
