摘　　要：本文通过对天津大学图书馆 18年声像信息资源管理及其服务工作实践的评述 ,论证了其在发挥高校图书馆教育职能、促进图书馆现代化建设 ;提高高校外语教学质量等方面所发挥的重要作用。Through the review of the management of audio and video information resources and practices in past eighteen years,this paper demonstrates its function in the education of academic libraries,and in improving teaching quality as well as prompting the modernization of libraries libraries,and in improving teaching quality as well as prompting the modernization of libraries
