摘 要:105株EIEC血清凝集的大肠杆菌,其生化、血清、侵袭力测定、质粒检测及侵袭性基因探针杂交试验结果表明:赖氨酸脱羧酶试验阴性、动力阴性(包括O_(124):H30动力阳性株)、EIEC血清凝集的大肠杆菌,属于EIEC。此实验结论与杨正时提出的观点相一致。以赖氨酸脱羧酶试验、动力试验和血清学试验诊断EIEC为该病流行病学调查、临床实验诊断提供了方便。Biochemical tests, serological examination, invasiveness detection , plasmid examination and invasive gene probe hybridization were carried out in 105 strains of escherichia coli which had agglutination reactions with EIEC serum. The results showed that the strains of E. coli which were negative, by Lysine de-carboxylase test and mobility test (including O 124: H30 mobility positive) and had agglutination with EIEC serum can be considered EIEC. This conclusion tested by us is in accordance with the view proposed by Yang Zhengshi. EIEC can be identified by lysine secarboxylase test, mobility test and serological examination,which provides an easy way for the epidemiological investigation of the disease and clinical laboratory diagnosis.
