摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在会阴侧切术后的应用,总结舒适护理要点。方法对568例会阴侧切产妇的主要护理问题,应用舒适护理与整体护理相结合的护理方式的效果进行研究。结果舒适护理能够缩短和降低会阴侧切术后不愉快的程度,促进产妇康复。结论会阴侧切术后实施舒适护理,能降低术后不舒适程度,减少术后并发症的发生,提高护理服务水平。Objective Discuss the use of comfort nursing care after lateral episiotomy;summarize key points of comfort episiotomy.Methods In our research,we choose 568 delivery women who undergo lateral episiotomy,observe the effect after they accept our BSC combine holistic nursing care and comfort nursing care.Results We found that comfort nursing care can shorten and lighten the degree of discomfort of the delivery women.Conclusions Therefore,we can draw the conclusion that the use of comfort nursing care after lateral episiotomy can lessening the discomfort degree of the delivery women,reduce incidence rate of postoperative complications and improve nursing service level.
