摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定桃红前列康丸中山柰素含量的方法。方法采用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(52∶48)为流动相;流速1.0mL/min;检测波长367nm。结果山柰素在0.01924～0.1732μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.32%,RSD=1.41%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于桃红前列康丸的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method to determination of kaempferol in taohongqianliekang pill.Method The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column,using methanol-0.4% phosphate solution（52：48） as mobile phase.The content was detected at a waveleng of 367 nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min.Results The kaempferol have a good tincar rolatim in the range of 0.01924～0.1732μg（r=0.9999）,the average recovery was 98.32% and RSD=1.41%（n=6）.Conclusion The established method is accuracy,sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of taohongqianliekang pill.
