摘　　要：目的探讨自体骨髓干细胞动员联合阿托伐他汀对扩张型心肌病患者心功能和血浆B型脑钠肽（BNP）水平的影响。方法选择经超声、冠状动脉造影证实为扩张型心肌病（DCM）患者40例，随机分为对照组（A）、他汀组（B）、自体骨髓干细胞（BMSCs）动员组（C）和联合治疗组（D）。四组均给予常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗。B组在常规治疗基础上给予阿托伐他汀钙片，连续12周。C组在常规治疗基础上给予药物动员BMSCs人血。D组在常规治疗基础上给予自体BMSCs动员联合阿托伐他汀治疗。四组分别于治疗前、治疗后3个月行超声心动图检查和血浆BNP水平检测。结果单独或联合给予自体BMSCs动员和阿托伐他汀治疗可显著改善DCM患者的心功能，并降低血清BNP水平，其中以联合治疗组效果最强。所有患者均未出现明显毒副反应。结论自体BMSCs动员和阿托伐他汀治疗可改善扩张型心肌病患者心功能，二者联合治疗效果更佳。Objective To observe the effects of autologous bone marrow stem cells mobilization and atovastatin on the heart function and B-type natrriuretic peptide （BNP） in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods Forty cases of dilated cardiomyopathy, which were proved by ultrasonography and coronary angiography, were divided into four groups. Group A was only given routine treatment. Besides routine treatment, group B was given atovastatin for 12 weeks, group C was given mobilizing agents to mobilize bone marrow stem cells, and group D was given atovastatin and mobilizing agents. Heart function and BNP were tested before and after therapy. Results Autologous bone marrow stem ceils mobilization and atovastatin improved the heart function and decreased the level of BNP in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy, and the combined treatment group showed the best efficacy. All patients didn＇t show any toxic and side effects. Conclusion Autologous bone marrow stem ceils mobilization and atovastatin can improve the heart function of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.
