摘  要:目的调查医生、护士、患者对PICC专项护理服务的满意度。方法采用PICC专项护理服务满意度问卷分别对98名医生、149名护士、182例患者进行满意度调查。结果医生、护士、患者对PICC专项护理服务的满意度得分分别为(90.40±1.79)分、(83.20±2.17)分、(86.00±2.39)分;医生对PICC专项护理服务的满意度高于护士(P<0.05)。结论医生、护士、患者对PICC专项护理服务的满意度均较高,说明该专项护理服务具有重要的临床实用价值。Objective To investigate the satisfaction of doctors, nurses and patients to care services of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC). Methods A total of 429 clients including 98 doctors, 149 nurses and 182 patients were recruited and investigated with satisfaction to PICC care services questionnaire. Results The mean scores of satisfaction among doctors, nurses and patients were (90.40 ±1.79) , ( 83.20 ±2.17 ) , ( 86.00 ±2.39 ) , respectively. The satisfaction score of doctors was higher than nurses (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The satisfaction degrees of doctors,nurses and patients to PICC care services are higher. It means that PICC care services have significant value of clinical application.
