摘　　要：目的探讨营养教育扑克牌对单纯性肥胖儿童母亲营养知识水平的影响。方法在深圳市10个调查点中随机抽选社区637名单纯性肥胖儿童的母亲并分为扑克牌组和对照组,扑克牌组采用扑克牌营养教育方式,对照组采用传统教育方式,并比较两组的教育效果。结果扑克牌组母亲的营养知识水平提高,进而促进了饮食态度和行为改变(P<0.01)。结论对单纯性肥胖儿童的母亲实施营养扑克牌教育可提高其营养认知水平,改善家庭膳食和营养行为,是一种行之有效的营养教育方式。Objective To discuss the effects of nutrition education cards applied in mothers of simple obese children. Methods In the 10 survey points in Shenzhen ,637 mothers of simple obese children were randomly selected from communities and divided into the card group and the control group. The card group received the cards nutrition education mode, and the control group received the traditional education mode. The education effects were compared between the two groups. Results The nutrition knowledge of the mothers in the card group was significantly improved, and the diet attitude and behaviors were improved too （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The implementation of nutrition education cards in mothers of simple obese children can improve their nutrition knowledge, family diets and nutrition behaviors. It is an effective way of nutrition education.
