升血灵胶囊(人参总皂苷)治疗免疫性血小板减少症的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察升血灵胶囊(人参总皂苷)对免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患者的疗效。[方法]68例诊断明确的慢性ITP患者,均由免疫异常所致。升血灵胶囊治疗组48例采用升血灵胶囊口服;对照组20例采用常规药物肾上腺皮质激素治疗,疗程均大于2个月。[结果]升血灵胶囊治疗48例ITP的有效率达89.58%,外周血小板计数(PLT)提高(42.5±36.8)×109/L,并且未观察到明显的副作用。其中原发性ITP 32例的有效率90.63%,继发性ITP 16例的有效率87.50%,而对照组有效率40.00%(8/20),PLT计数提高(26.1±29.0)×109/L,均明显低于升血灵胶囊治疗组(P<0.01)。[结论]升血灵胶囊治疗慢性ITP的疗效良好,能够有效地升高血小板数,且未见明显副反应,为ITP提供了安全有效的中药新药。[Objective] To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Sheng-xue-ling Capsule（Total Ginseng Saponins） in treating patients with immune thrombocytopenia（ITP）.[Methods] The selected 68 patients with chronic ITP were randomly assigned to 2 groups.The 48 patients in the treated group were administrated orally by Sheng-xue-ling Capsule.The 20 patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy of glucocorticoid.Two months＇ treatment was regarded as therapeutic course for both groups.[Results] In the 48 patients treated by Sheng-xue-ling Capsule,the total effective rate of 89.6%（43/48） was obtained,and peripheral platelets were increased 42.5±36.8×109/L over pre-treated.Meanwhile,there was no obvious side effect observed.Thirty-two patients out of 48 cases were derived from idiopathic thrombocytopenia,the effective rate of Sheng-xue-ling Capsule was 90.63%.The remainder 16 patients with secondary thrombocytopenia caused by abnormal immunological disease as known,the effective rate of Sheng-xue-ling Capsule was 87.5%.The results of both therapeutic efficacy rate and blood platelet counts showed significant difference between the two groups.[Conclusion] Our results suggested the curative effect of Sheng-xue-ling Capsule is favorable without obvious adverse effect,as well as peripheral blood platelets count is increased efficaciously,which is a safe and effective preparation Chinese drug for treatment of chronic ITP.
