摘　　要：[目的]探讨银杏叶提取物对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其机制。[方法]查阅近十年国内外相关文献,并对文献进行分析、综述。[结果]银杏叶提取物具有清除自由基、拮抗血小板激活因子、抑制白细胞激活、保护血管内皮细胞、调节心肌内分泌因子的作用,能够改善缺血心肌的功能。[结论]深入研究银杏叶提取物在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的保护作用有重要意义。[Objective] Explore the protection of ginkgo biloba extract on the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury and mechanism.[Methods] Refer to nearly a decade of the related literature at home and abroad,analyse and review them.[Results] Ginkgo biloba extract has the function of eliminating free radicals,anti-platelet-activating factor,controlling the activation of white cells,protecting vascular endothelial cells.[Conclusion] There is an important significance exploring the protection of ginkgo biloba extract on the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury and mechanism.
