去甲斑蝥素对恶性肿瘤细胞凋亡机制的研究

摘　　要：去甲斑蝥素(norcantharidin,NCTD)是从传统中药斑蝥中提取出的新型抗肿瘤药物,目前主要用于消化道肿瘤,肝癌,白细胞减少症等疾病的治疗。肿瘤的发生机制十分复杂,目前认为肿瘤不仅是增殖和分化异常的疾病,同时也是凋亡异常的疾病,所以诱导肿瘤细胞发生凋亡已成为目前肿瘤治疗的新的途径。NCTD对肿瘤细胞抑制作用的机制尚未完全阐明,但现有的很多研究表明,NCTD对许多肿瘤细胞起抑制作用主要体现在诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡方面,从而使恶性肿瘤达到临床缓解及治愈。本文就NCTD诱导恶性肿瘤细胞凋亡机制的研究做一简要综述。Norcantharidin（NCTD）,as a new anticancer drug,is extracted from traditional Chinese medicines.It＇s mainly applied to the treatment of diseases such as gastrointestinal cancer,liver cancer and leucopenia at present.The pathogenesis of tumor is very complex.It is not only the disease of abnormal proliferation and differentiation,but also the disease of abnormal apoptosis,and the method of the Induction of apoptosis has provided a new way for curing tumour disease at present.The inhibition mechanism of tumor cells have not yet fully understood,but many of the existing research shows that NCTD has inhibitory action for many tumor cells,mainly embodied in the aspect of the induction of apoptosis,so that to reach clinical remission and cure approach.This article gives an overview about the inhibition mechanism of NCTD on tumor cells apoptosis.
