摘  要:目的:探讨个体量化健康教育对高血压患者自我护理的依从性的影响。方法:选取我院心内科高血压患者2000例,应用前瞻性研究方法,采用随机抽样的方法将研究对象分为普通组与对照组,每组1000例患者。对普通组患者实施常规健康教育,对照组实施健康教育计划,进行个体量化健康教育。对两组患者自我护理行为的依从性进行比较。结果:实施个体量化健康教育的对照组患者自我护理依从性行为高于普通组患者,P<0.05,有差异。结论:实施个体量化健康教育可以提高患者自我护理依从性,对患者的康复有积极的促进作用。Objective: To explore the impact of individual quantification health education on hypertensive patients with self-care compliance.Methods: Select 2000 cases of hypertensive patients in our department of Cardiology,use random sampling method to divide them into normal group and the control group,n=1000.Patients in normal group received conventional health education,while the patients in control group were applied with individual quantification health education.Compare the compliance of self-care behaviors between the two groups.Results: After implementation of the individual quantification health education,control group had higher self-care compliance than normal group,P 0.05,with statistical differences.Conclusion: Implementation of individual quantification health education could improve self-care compliance,and have a positive role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
