摘　　要：[目的]分析牵抖折顶法治疗少年儿童桡骨远端骨骺分离的临床效果。[方法]对86例桡骨远端骨骺分离运用牵抖折顶法整复,分析其临床效果。[结果]86例患儿中,82例达到解剖复位或近解剖复位,3例轻度成角或移位,1例再移位成角20°。80例均获得随访,疗效满意。[结论]牵抖折顶法治疗儿童桡骨远端骨骺分离,疗效显著。[Objective ] To analyse the clinical effect of shake-fold-top manipulation on children radius distal epiphysis separation. [Method ] Apply the said method to 86 cases, and analyse the clinical effect. [Result] In 86 children, 82 reached or nearly anatomical reduction, 3 were of slight angle or shifting, 1 weas of re-shifting with angle 20°. 80 cases were followed up with satisfying result. [Conclusion] The said manipulation treating children radius distal epiphysis separation has good curative effect.
