喙锁螺钉结合喙肩韧带移位治疗Rockwood Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型、Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位

摘　　要：[目的]探讨喙锁螺钉结合喙肩韧带移位治疗RockwoodⅢ型、Ⅳ型、Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。[方法]对32例RockwoodⅢ型、Ⅳ型、Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位患者采用喙锁螺钉结合喙肩韧带移位治疗,采用Karlasson标准,分析其临床疗效。[结果]术后随访9～21个月,平均13个月,其中A级28例,B级4例,术后均未出现神经血管损伤、螺钉失败等严重并发症。[结论]喙锁螺钉结合喙肩韧带移位是治疗肩锁关节脱位一种有效的治疗方法。[Objective] To investigate the effects of acronfioclavicular joint dislocation of types Rockwood Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ treated with coracoclavicular bolt combined with beak-shoulder ligament shift. [Method] Take Karlasson standard to 32 cases, analyse the clinical effect. [Result]Followed up for 9- 21m after operation, 28 cases were of level A, 4 level B, without nerve or vessel injury or failure bolt or other severe complication. [Conclusion] Coracoclavicular bolt combined with beak-shoulder ligament shift is an effective method for acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
