摘　　要：缺血缺氧性脑损伤是严重危害人类健康和生活质量的一大类疾病。随着细胞工程和基因工程技术的发展,利用转基因间充质干细胞重建损伤的脑组织、改善脑功能,从而达到治疗中枢神经系统疾病的目的,这具有广泛的科研和临床应用价值。Hypoxic-ischemic brain injury is one of the most serious diseases which threaten the health and living quality of human. With the development of cell engineering and genetic engineering, the application of genetically modified mesenchymal stem cells to rebuild injured brain tissue, improve brain function, and treat central nervous system diseases is of scientific and clinical value in a wide range.
