应用中药色象理论探究白癜风用药特点

摘　　要：[目的]探求治疗白癜风药物的颜色与药效的关系,以期为治疗白癜风的选方用药与研究提供新思路。[方法]通过查阅相关文献收集临床治疗白癜风的有效中药方剂,对其方药药效、颜色方面的资料进行统计处理和分析。[结果]内服方剂中常用深颜色药物有首乌、补骨脂、丹参、红花、熟地等,外用方剂常用深颜色药物有补骨脂、密陀僧、雄黄、红花、乌梅等。[结论]药物的颜色与药效相关,临床用药应当考虑中药色象因素选用相关药物。[Objective] To discuss the relationship between leucoderma medication color and potency, to offer new thought in medication and study of leucoderma. [Method] Through consulting relative documents to collect effective TCM prescription for leucoderma, make statistical analysis on prescription potency and color. [Result] The drugs of oral taking with dark color are： fleece-flower root, fi＇uctus psoraleae, red-rooted salvia, red flower and rehmannia glutinosa, etc.; the drugs for outer application and with dark color： fructus psoraleae, lithargite, realgar, red flower and smoked plum, etc. [Conclusion ] The color of drugs is related with potency, the chnical medication shall pay attention to the color-picture factors for treatment.
