摘　　要：随着现代化程度的逐渐加深，强风暴造成的伤亡损失也越来越严重。应对与强风暴相关的多种救援难题，制定详尽的防灾预案和与灾害地区实际情况相协调的医疗救援计划是保证救援高效率和高效果的关键。对强风暴灾害伤员的医疗救治，应当重视多样性的、复杂性的软组织损伤和重要脏器的多发创伤，同时精神心理干预也成为灾害救援的重要内容。加强对强风暴的预警和广大群众的庇难教育，对于减少伤亡和其他损失至关重要。Along with development of modernization, a severe storm may result in serious injuries and losses. Responding to a severe storm disaster and creating an effective rescue plan which may involve a very detailed medical assistance program are crucial. The emergency treatments on site of severe storm occurring shall focused on diversity and complexity of soft tissue and significant multi-organ injuries. Simultaneously, psychological relief is also increasingly becoming the integral part of the plan. Strengthen education on severe storm prevention and early warning which are essential to reduce casualties and other losses.
