急救一卡通智能腕带的研发与应用

摘　　要：近年来，随着自然环境的严重破坏，突发公共卫生事件越来越多，为达到科学救援的目标，设计一种新型、科学、简洁、实用，并能全面反映患者病情与诊治内容的急救标识分类卡带，即“急救一卡通智能腕带”有着非常重要的意义。尊重国际色彩惯例；参考疾病路径管理的理论；反应患者的基本识别信息；显现患者常见的危及症状及处理方案；集合人体解剖简图，利用排列组合数学原理，六项内容有机结合在一个卡带上。能把所有的急诊患者，特别是群发患者给予现场分区（分类），指导现场急救、转运、院内急救、检查、分科、住院、手术等；用姓名、性别、年龄、编号进行多重身份识别与统计报告。此卡既是一份瞬间能勾画出的急诊病历，也是一部永远都翻不完的急救词典。从急救的现场分类到患者安排住院，用它铺设了一条通往健康的绿色通道。同时，它的研制结束了由外国学者在检伤分类领域统领的历史。Both natural disasters and large-scale emergencies in recent years took place frequently. To provide most efficient and rational emergency medical service, design of emergency wristband card ＂intelligent first aid card＂, which is simple and applicable, carrying with patient＇ s medical information, has become important. Referring to the international guideline on the color design of the card, disease management, reflecting patient＇ s past critical symptoms and treatments provided, human anatomy, the card has to be designed with permutations and combinations in carrying the collective information to facilitate on-site rescue, transferring, in-hospital emergency treatment, classification, admission. Furthermore, to identify patients and complete statistic report by recognizing from name, sex, age. The card not only serves as an emergency medical record, but also an endless emergency medical dictionary. Simultaneously, it serves as a valuable reference leading the process starting from on-site emergency treatment to continuing in-hospital treatment which provides patient a green access to being healthy. Its creation may lead in the area of triage.
